During our services, our collection plate is passed for a donation of cash, pledge envelope or check.
In the back of the church mounted on a post, there is a donation box where one can donate anytime when the church is open.
Pledge envelopes are important for organizing church finances, promoting consistent giving, and providing a structured method to contribute financially to St. Peter's Episcopal Church. For parishioners who leave for extended periods of time using the envelopes allows one to continue giving on a regular basis.
Pledge envelopes may also be mailed to: St. Peter's Episcopal Church, 800 Center St., Key West, FL 33040.
Donate or pledge today! Pledges can be made as one payment or as scheduled payments over a period of time. The ability to donate online is coming soon, but in the meantime, checks can be made payable to: "St Peter's Episcopal Church." In the memo line write "Capital Campaign."
Since 1875, St. Peter's welcomes all to worship God and to those who seek a quiet place for prayer and meditation. Our recent growth has come in response to all our amazing visiting supply clergy and we want to continue this forward movement. St. Peter's is now in urgent need of adequate housing to continue with our calendar of supply priests due to the loss of current housing arrangements.
We need your help with funding for construction of a small living area inside the Parish Hall where we will host our visiting supply clergy. We have already begun collecting pledges and donations and are working to secure a grant.
As we await our permit to begin work, please help by designating your donation specifically for "Clergy Housing."
Maintenance of a Church built over a hundred years ago is always a challenge. Areas of the church that need attention to immediately are:
Sacristy Ladies' Chapel Floor of the Sanctuary

In January 2025, an inspection of the bell tower deemed it was unsafe to ring the bell due to the age, 100 years old, of the structure. For the first time in one hundred years, the bell is not ringing on Sunday to welcome the congregation to the Service nor for other special occasions. Until the bell tower is structurally sound, Joseph our current bell ringer and the community and neighbors of St. Peter's will miss the joyous sound of the bell.
Contractors have unofficially stated that the restoration will cost at least $50,000. So far we have raised nearly $5,000 through donations from the Key West Woman's Club and the Key West Community Orchestra.
You can help by designating your donation specifically for the "Bell Tower Restoration."
